  • What do we have to do to get one of those lovely birthday T-shirts for our son or daughter?
    The birthday campaign is handled by our Filou & Friends flagship stores. Everyone that has a customer card for one of our shops, and has advised their children's details, will receive a card for their birthday.


  • Will a new flagship store be opened in our area?
    Before a decision is taken to open a new flagship store anywhere, a thorough location survey is carried out. This takes particular account of existing multi-brand shops. In order to keep up to date on the latest changes at Filou & Friends, we recommend that you register for our newsletter. This will ensure that you are kept up to date on any new Filou & Friends flagship stores.


  • Where can I buy the Filou & Friends collection in my area?

  • I would like to have my son or daughter pose in your Filou & Friends catalogue. What do I have to do?
    Firstly, thank you for your interest. The photos for our Filou & Friends catalogue are shot abroad. We therefore work with a foreign based modelling agency.


  • I am looking for a particular article from your collection. Can you tell me where I can find it?
    Unfortunately, we cannot check stocks from here. We therefore recommend that you telephone a sales outlet in your area to ask if they still have it in stock. On our website you will find a list of our shops under the stores link.


  • We wish to comment on certain items of clothing in your collection.
    Naturally, if you wish to comment on the fit, quality, ... of a specific article, you can always do so via contact@filoufriends.com. We will make sure that it is passed on to the person responsible within Filou & Friends, so that your comments can be taken into account in the design of the follow-on range of Filou & Friends.

  • We have bought an article from the current collection and it has a fault/spot/tear. What can I do about it?
    We recommend that you take the article back to the shop where you bought it. It can then be returned to headquarters for the quality manager to inspect. The shop will also inform you of any follow-up.


  • We saw a car with a pretty sun screen saying “filou on board”. Where can we get such a screen?
    The "filou on board" sun screens are only available in our Filou & Friends flagship stores. If you happen to be near one, just ask for it. Our sales assistants will be only too pleased to serve you.


  • We are expecting a baby and would therefore like to make up a birth list with Filou & Friends. How does this work and what are the advantages?
    Above all, may we congratulate you on your pregnancy!!
    We would advise that you contact one of our Filou & Friends flagship stores for an appointment. They can then set time aside for you in order to assist you in your choice of articles. They will certainly also explain to you the advantages of a Filou & Friends birth list.


  • Can you send me a catalogue in the post?
    Unfortunately, we can no longer forward catalogues. We would advise you to collect one from a sales outlet in your area. A list of shops can be found on this website. You can also view all the photos online.
